Hello loves!

I know what you’re thinking. When is Jackie finally going to be blogging consistently? Maybe you’re thinking it or maybe not since you forgot about this blog or this is your first time reading it. Anyways, I swear I will get this blogging thing down! I promise.

I wanted to give an update of some of my favorite highlights from this past week. This past Easter weekend has given me so much gratitude. Having been spending time with my family and church family I couldn’t help but feel so much happiness. It’s so crazy to think how God has been working in my life. I’ve been trying to get out of my comfort zone more and by getting involved in community at church I felt like it has helped me a lot. I feel like he taught me the importance of spending time in fellowship as well as the power of prayer again.

I am thankful for collaborating with OC Boutique, XOMandySue as a brand ambassador. What I loved about this company is that they’re based in Newport Beach and their clothes have the beachy-boho feel. Growing up from Orange County and having spent so much time at the beach growing up I knew I wanted to work with them. I absolutely fell in love with the Adella dress and knew this would be a perfect dress to wear on Easter. I paired it with Espadrille Wedge Sandals and a denim jacket. They also are offering a code to you guys! Use my code: JACQUELINE35 to shop and save some money!

Another highlight this past week was feeling hopeful about getting healthier. I’ve talked about my battle with an ED before but it’s something I don’t talk about too regularly. While taking pictures on Easter I couldn’t help but notice that I did pack on some extra weight as of recent. Before, I would find myself going into a dark place feeling like I need to do the extreme. Now I feel as if I am accepting myself and learning to love the journey. It’s been a long time coming but I couldn’t be happier to learn how to cook from home and educate myself on nourishing my body with better food choices. I’m not saying it’s easy but I’m glad for making better decisions during this time. I’m hoping to stick on track with it. I’m going to be posting some of my meals on here soon to share my journey as well!
