It’s officially 2018 and pretty much the start of my last year in my 20’s (wahhh) As much as I wish I accomplished a lot more career wise I had a pretty damn good year. 2017 was one of the best years of my life and I definitely needed it after how bad 2016 was. I’m all for setting goals even if it’s cliche. I’m not going to sit here and try to be cool by not having them but hey if that’s for you more power to you. I guess what I’m trying to say who cares if you want to set goals it’s all about your own life and no one else. People will want to see you fail but don’t let them. Even if you do, who cares? It’s never too late to start over. With my birthday being at the very end of December I absolutely reflecting on the past year and what I would love to do in the next year. That being said check out my 30 before 30 bucket list!

  1. Get into SAG: For as long as I’ve been acting I still have yet to get into the Actor’s Union. This is something I’ve been embarrassed about but I know everyone’s journey is different. This will be the year that it happens
  2. Book at least 3-5 Projects this year: No if’s, ands, or buts! Short Films, Commercials, Music Videos, TV/Film, Bring it on!
  3. Get a Tattoo: I’ve been wanting to do this for years and it needs to happen ASAP
  4. Finish writing and filming my Short Film (Passion Project): It has always been a dream of mine to write, star and direct in my own project. I’ve had an idea for the past couple of years but haven’t been confident enough to finish it. This is the year.
  5. Get to my goal weight (healthy) and love my body: If you know me then you know I’ve had a life long battle with my weight and my body image. After dealing with a sprain knee for the past three months and not being able to workout I learned a lot about respecting my circumstances. I am fortunate to be able to still do some of the workouts I love while in physical therapy and I don’t want to take my health for granted. I vow to eat better in any step I can and safely get to my goal weight.
  6. Improve my YouTube and Blog Channel: I absolutely love creating videos and blogs! I’m tired of lagging and looking at the follower count vs the reason why I started. Living in these times and especially Los Angeles can really make you fall into the trap of feeling like you’re not good or talented enough. I will make content for the love of it and will not compare myself to others.
  7. Improve my Photography Skills: Photography is one of my hobbies and I would love to get better at taking photos.
  8. Learn a new language: I’ve always wanted to learn another language so why not start off with Spanish. I’ve been practicing on DuoLingo and hope to understand a lot more by the end of 2018!
  9. Be more social: I use to be a lot more social growing up which is weird since I was pretty damn shy for most of my life. I noticed since I moved to LA three years ago, friendships are had to keep and make which prevented me from wanting to go out. I would love to explore LA more and make some new friendships along the way!
  10. Lower my Debt by $5000 this year: No need for an explanation, I just need to do it.
  11. Go camping with my dogs: My dogs are basically my children til the real one comes and I would love to go on a trip with them. I feel like they would love camping!
  12. Step on Paramount Studios Lot: It’s always been a dream of mine to visit this studio and I would love to audition here or visit.
  13. Be more consistent with my FitnessPal (I really wanted to lose weight by using this app and prove myself it can be done)
  14. Book a last minute trip somewhere: I would love to just pack up and go or buy a plane ticket somewhere! I love how easy it is to just look on priceline or expedia and book a trip so why not do one randomly?!
  15. Drive down PCH: I’ve always wanted to go up PCH and see what else California has to offer
  16. Have a Pamper Day: (Bath, Mani/Pedi, Order in food)
  17. Volunteer somewhere/Fellowship More: I would love to get more involved in church and within the community somehow.
  18. Create a photo book for my coffee table: I don’t know if this is narcissistic but I always thought how cool would it be to have a photo book of pictures I’ve taking to remember how my life was. I think it would just be cool to have on display and show my future kids one day.
  19. Learn how to do a handstand: just because it looks cool
  20. Get more classes with ClassPass or a WundaBar Pass: Having a Class Pass is one of the best things I’ve ever discovered. Being able to take multiple classes especially in LA is quite the dream. I LOVE fitness and I hope to add more classes to my pass one day or get a WundaBar class. Pilates is seriously my go to when I’m looking to get toned.
  21. Try a smaller coffee shop each month: Supporting other coffee shops is a must! I just need to get on it!
  22. Sing a Cover Song and post it on YouTube: I’ve always loved to sing and although I am terribly shy when it comes to singing I want to face my fears. I think it would be so fun to record a cover song and post it on YouTube. I feel like it would help me to be more comfortable with singing more.
  23. Complete a 30 Day Challenge
  24. Collaborate with one my favorite fashion brands: I would love to partner up with one of my favorite fashion brands one day for a blog. I feel like fashion is definitely an art and I would love to combine it with my blog.
  25. Read more books!: I forgot how much I love reading and I would love to start reading more books again.
  26. Budget more: I use to be really good with my money and want to get better at spending money on what really matters. While also planning for the future!
  27. Take a Dance Class: I miss dance and need to find a studio asap!
  28. Live more positive: 2017 was such an amazing year for me and I would love for 2018 to be just as awesome. I feel like the more positive I am the better year I’ll have.
  29. Be as healthy as possible: I hope to reduce the amount of soda and processed foods I eat.
  30. Go to another music festival: I love music festivals but for some reason I’m just not feeling the Coachella lineup this year. I’ve been three times before and I wanted to go this year but since the lineup isn’t really hitting it for me I would love to go to another one.
